The Podcast Planner, customized for DW Akademie. Last updated 2026-09-15. The planner is a prototype in a test phase, and this page describes what actually happens to your data during that phase.

Who is responsible

Lissenin is a service provided by MethodKit AB, Sweden, which is the data controller. Contact: Ola Möller, [email protected]. DW Akademie does not receive your data through this app.

What is collected

Who sees your plan

Your plan is emailed to the address you entered, and to nobody else. No one is copied on it. Your ideas stay yours: we do not use them, publish them, or pass them on.

What we do with sessions

During the test phase we look at sessions across all users to learn how people use the planner and to tune it: the wording of the questions, how the guide behaves, the format of the plan. We look for patterns in a group of users, not at individual plans to evaluate anyone.

What you say in the feedback conversation goes to the people building the planner. That is its purpose.

Who processes the data

Four providers handle your data on our behalf. Each is bound by a data processing agreement; the links go to the agreements we have accepted with them.

ElevenLabs
United States
Runs the conversation: transcribes your voice, generates the guide's replies and its voice. Typed mode also runs through ElevenLabs. Your voice or typed text, your first name and podcast name, the transcript. Recordings and transcripts stay in our ElevenLabs workspace for ninety days. Data processing agreement

Anthropic
United States
Writes your plan from the transcript at the end of the session. The transcript, your name and podcast name. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API. Data processing addendum

Where data leaves the EU/EEA (ElevenLabs and Anthropic), the transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses in those providers' data processing agreements. There is currently no version of the planner that avoids ElevenLabs; if that matters to you, please do not use it yet.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can object to the cohort analysis described above. Email [email protected] from the address you used in the planner. We delete your session from our store and from the ElevenLabs workspace and confirm when it is done. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Sweden that is IMY.

Legal basis

Sending you your plan and running the session: performance of what you asked for when you pressed START. Learning from sessions during the test phase: our legitimate interest in improving the planner, which you can object to. No decisions with legal effect are made about you, and nothing is sold.
